Consent to direct marketing

Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Act on the provision of electronic services, I consent to receiving commercial information in the form of a newsletter to the e-mail address provided by me.

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the Personal Data Administrator - Kulunove Karolina Słoma based in Łowicz for the purpose of direct marketing by sending a newsletter by the Administrator to my e-mail address.

Data for this purpose will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

These data will be stored until I withdraw my consent.

I have been informed by the Administrator that I have the right to access the content of my personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
