Due to the fact that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) comes into force on 25 May 2018,
Pursuant to Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Regulation, I hereby inform you that:

The Administrator processes the following categories of your personal data: name and surname; street; house number; apartment number; postal code; city; country; contact telephone number; e-mail; company name; tax identification number. This data is obtained from you when placing an order and at a later stage of its execution.
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded with the Controller pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the aforementioned Regulation and for the Controller to provide you with other services – based on your consent.
The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services to the controller - on the basis of data processing agreements.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.
Your personal data will be stored for the period of provision of services to you by the Administrator on the basis of the concluded contract.
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request rectification, deletion or restriction of processing of such data, and the right to data portability.
For reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. You are entitled to object without providing a reason when your data is used for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, but this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but their provision is a condition for the provision of services by the Administrator.
Your data will be processed automatically. Your data will not be subject to profiling.
