In fact, any purchase may turn out to be a failure or not meet expectations, which is why we do not in any way hinder our customers from obtaining a refund in this respect.

You simply need to meet certain conditions to qualify for a refund. Among the most important are:

Add a return as a registered customer

Attention! If you entered incorrect information when placing your order and it's causing you to lose your information, please contact us. We'll help you find it.


Log in to your customer panel, select the order and products you want to return.

Select the reason for the return and the size of the returned package.

Add your return and then write down the 10-digit return code you received.

Pack the parcel, put a 10-digit return code on it (you can write it with a pen, for example) and take it to any parcel locker.

Enter the email address you provided when placing your order.

Complete the authorization code received by email and then proceed in the same way as a registered customer.

While online shopping is convenient, we're well aware that it can be challenging, primarily due to the inability to try on a dress in person. Therefore, to meet our customers' expectations, we offer quick, easy, and convenient returns. Simply return your order to our office using your preferred method.

To return your ordered products, please ensure they are properly packaged and protected from damage during transport. You can use the original packaging the order came in, but you must remove any previous labels. Once we receive your return, we will refund you using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

When you shop in our online store, you have nothing to worry about, as every transaction is secure and you always have the right to return your order. After receiving your order, you can try on the dress and decide if it fits your figure exactly as you expected and if the chosen color meets your expectations. Sometimes it's worth ordering several styles and then deciding which one will be your personal collection.

Frequently asked questions

Can I exchange the product?

Due to an overwhelming number of orders, we are currently unable to process exchanges. Please return the product you are not happy with using the add a product return tab and then place a new order.

How much time do I have to return it?

30 calendar days from the time you place your order until the product is returned to our warehouse. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately after opening the package at: kontakt@kulunove.pl, or by phone: +48 536 457 258

How much does a return cost?

Prices vary depending on the size of the package and the carrier selected. If the return was made through the customer's account, this amount will be automatically deducted from the customer's account when the funds are refunded. We do not offer free returns; the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What are the forms of return?

In the Customer Panel, you can only make a return via a parcel locker. If you decide to return your parcel yourself, that's your decision, but remember to ship the parcel directly to our office.

Can I send a parcel back to us cash on delivery?

We do not accept return parcels cash on delivery.

What should a return package contain?

The return package should contain only the product being returned. We are not responsible for any other items accidentally included in the package. If you are making your own return, the return package should also include a completed returns form.

What products are non-returnable?

Products with traces of use, those that arrive after the expiry date, and outlet items are not eligible for return.

Which products are not subject to complaints?

Complaints are not accepted for outlet items or products with mechanical damage (tearing, pulling, detachment of decorations, zippers, buttons, abrasions), as well as discoloration or discoloration of the fabric due to improper use.

What are the conditions for complaints?

The consumer has the right to file a complaint regarding products with an original defect. Kulunove is responsible for accepting complaints within 1 year from the date of delivery of the product, provided they meet the criteria. Legal basis: Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).

Complaint/return without invoice?

To successfully process a complaint or return, you will need a returns number, proof of purchase, or transaction confirmation with a visible date.

Can I send two orders in one package?

Generally no, but we consider such cases individually, so please contact us directly by email.
